Offered is Monty Python founder Graham Chapman’s final working script for the controversial 1979 comedy classic “Monty Python’s Life of Brian,” in which he not only starred as Brian, but also co-wrote. The script is signed “Graham’s” on the inside front cover. Interestingly, the script is titled “Monty Python’s New Film,” as a title was not conceived until well after filming commenced. The script also contains a photostat of a letter drafted to calm fears about the film mocking the story of Christ. From the personal archives of Graham Chapman.
