Cashen obtained the suit for his son, Brian, and the garment is accompanied by a signed letter from Brian Cashen attesting to its provenance. The blue, button-down jacket is lettered "Mets" across the front in orange on white tackle twill. An "Aladen" label (size medium) appears in the collar. The matching pants, with orange-and-white trim along the waistband and a sold orange stripe down the side of each leg, also bears an "Aladen" manufacturer's tag (size medium) in the interior waistband. Both garments are original as issued and display light wear.
