"No Hit, No Run, 97 Pitches, First in World Series History," is written below Maglie's name. The inscription refers to Larsen's performance for the ages in Game 5 in which he threw 97 pitches, recorded 27 outs in a row, and recorded the first and only perfect game in World Series history. The ticket is in very good to excellent condition and has been laminated.
