Presented is a William "Dizzy" Dismukes signed and inscribed album page that has been graded and encapsulated by PSA. Dismukes signed this 6x4.375" album page in green ink, and he added "K.C. Monarchs" below his name. There is an unknown signature on the back of the back of the page. Dismukes pitched in the Negro Leagues from 1909 to 1932. Dismukes also served as manager for several Negro League teams. In 1953, he joined the New York Yankees as a scout. Dismukes died in 1961 at the age of 71.
