Offered is a circa 1952 Brooklyn Dodgers team-signed ball with 17 signatures, including Jackie Robinson's, of the manager, players, and a coach from the '52 NL Champions, and including the signature of Vin Scully, who is in the announcer's wing of the Hall of Fame. There are no labels on the ball. Five Dodgers Hall of Famers signed the ball: Roy Campanella, Gil Hodges, Jackie Robinson, Pee Wee Reese, and Duke Snider. Also signing, manager Chuck Dressen, coach Cookie Lavagetto, Andy Pafko, Carl Erskine, Carl Furillo, Preacher Roe, Erv Palica, and more. Robinson was in his sixth Major League season in '52. He led the NL in OBP in '52, with a mark of .440. Reese led the Dodgers in steals, with 30. Hodges led the Dodgers' power hitters with 32 home runs and 102 RBIs. Robinson signed on a side panel. The signatures are in blue ink. Signing on the sweet spot is manager Chuck Dressen. The autographs rate 7.5/10 overall. The ball has darkened over the years, and it may have a very thin coat of shellac still remaining on the ball. The signed ball has a few minor scrapes and cuts, but it is in very good overall condition.
