A collection of memorabilia from the 1954 World Series between the New York Giants and the Cleveland Indians in which Willie Mays made "The Catch." The lot includes an official program from the series signed by Mays in blue marker on the front cover. The signature has been verified by PSA/DNA. Also included are ticket stubs from Game 1 (where the catch occurred), Game 2 and Game 3. Each of the items is enclosed in a 14x22" frame. Mays was a great player going into the 1954 World Series but would become an icon after it, as the Giants swept the Indians in four games. This is a great piece of memorabilia from one of the most famed World Series in baseball history.
