Chicago Cubs ticket stub issued for the first official night game ever played at Wrigley Field on August 9, 1988. Graded FR 1.5 by PSA. Wrigley Field was the last Major League ballpark to install lights, so the game on August 9th was a historic event. The Cubs basked in the illumination of the night, defeating the New York Mets, 6-4. Cubs Hall of Fame reliever Goose Gossage also recorded his 300th career save that evening. The ticket (1.5x3.75") displays two heavy horizontal creases.
