Pittsburgh Penguins road jersey worn by Kevin Stevens, circa 1992-95. The black knit jersey is lettered "Pittsburgh" across the front and features the number "25" on the reverse and each sleeve. "Stevens" is lettered upon a black nameplate on the reverse, directly above the number. All front letters are applied in gold-on-black-on-white tackle twill. The letter "A" (alternate captain) appears on the left breast. All numerals and reverse letters are applied in gold-on-white tackle twill. Located in the collar are both a "CCM" tag and a "54" size tag. The uniform number ("25") is written in black marker on the front of the CCM tag, while the number "94" (perhaps denoting the year) is written on the reverse. The jersey is original as issued and displays moderate-to-heavy wear, including stick marks and color transfers on the sleeves. Stevens played with the Penguins from 1987 to 1995, but this jersey style was worn by the Penguins only between the 1992-93 and 1994-95 seasons, therefore dating it to that three-year period. A four-time All Star, Stevens helped lead the Penguins to two NHL Championships (1991 and 1992) during his tenure with the club.
