This Spalding Official League Special baseball has been signed by Babe Ruth on the sweet spot, and Dazzy Vance on the side panel. The baseball is in excellent condition, and includes the following stamp on the side panel: "MADE ESPECIALLY FOR NAT C. STRONG, INC." Nat Strong was a sports executive and owner in Negro league baseball. Ruth, often regarded as the greatest baseball player of all time, hit 714 home runs in his career, and was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1936.
