Presented is a power-packed poster, created as a facsimile front page of the Daily News, reading, "SPORTS **** FINAL/DAILY NEWS/NEW YORK'S PICTURE NEWSPAPER/August 18 19 20, 1989/East Coast National BASEBALL CARD SHOW/A Gloria Rothstein Show," signed by three immortal Hall of Famers from New York baseball teams: The Yankees' Joe DiMaggio and Mickey Mantle, and the Mets' Tom Seaver.  Famed cartoonist Bill Gallo created the artwork, and his skill brings the three New York baseball legends to life, capturing both the outer and inner essence of each esteemed diamond idol. Gallo placed DiMaggio in the center, and the most elevated of the three superstars. On the poster, Gallo labeled Mantle as "The Mick," DiMaggio as "Joe D.," and Seaver as "Tom Terrific." A facsimile Gallo signature and "1989 N. Y. Daily New [sic]" is in the lower corner. DiMaggio still holds the consecutive game hitting streak record at 56, and after the 1951 season he passed the Yankees' center field torch to Mantle, the switch-hitter with 536 home runs, more than any other switch-hitter in history. Mantle is to the left on the poster and Seaver is on the right. Seaver took the Mets to the team's Miracle Mets victory in the 1969 World Series, and he won 311 games, mostly as a New York Met. 

The black & white poster measures 11x15". All three of the signatures are in fine tip blue marker, and each autograph is beautifully scripted. The poster is in EXCELLENT condition. The offering comes with a PSA LOA for the signatures.
