One of the major characters. Debuting in October of 1949, Dilly, with his signature squeaky voice, amused, bemused and totally delighted the Peanut Gallery show after show, year after year, with his blunders and misunderstandings as Bluster’s naive stooge. Here he is in his original costume, which includes his turned up baseball cap, striped pants, glasses and his original lettered red wool turtleneck sweater. The ‘D’ stands for the Doodyville High School football team for which he was waterboy. He has ‘animated’ eyes, mouth, and best of all, his ears still wiggle! Invented by Eddie Kean, depicted on paper by Milt Neil and constructed by Scott Brinker and voiced by Bill LeCornec (who was also Chief Thunderthud), Dilly Dally deserves his own place in Television History. His personal initialed storage case is included with him.
