Graded EX 5 by PSA. Wheaties Stamps uncut panels are scarce because all seven panels were issued in a souvenir album and were meant to be torn apart at the perforations so that each player stamp could be individually pasted into the album. This is one of only eight of this particular uncut Wheaties panel listed in the PSA Population report. It is the only one graded at this level, with NONE graded higher.
