A boxing glove signed by Muhammad Ali as Cassius Clay. The red Everlast boxing glove weighs 14 ounces and features black lacing. Ali has signed the glove with his birth name, Cassius Clay, in black marker. The lot will also include a letter from James Spence Authentication verifying the signature. Ali is widely considered to be the greatest boxer and among the greatest athletes in American history. He retired following his 1981 fight against Trevor Berbick with a record of 53-5. The legendary boxer would later battle Parkinson's Disease, succumbing to his illness in June, 2016.
