The gold-colored stadium image is framed by orange and blue banners, together reading, "1969 WORLD SERIES NEW YORK METS." This great collectable marks the "Miracle Mets'" first-ever World Championship in defeating the Baltimore Orioles. 2) 1977 New York Yankees World Series press pin. Measures approx. 1x1". Reads, "New York Yankees 31st World Series." The Yankees won the '77 World Series over the Los Angeles Dodgers, 4-2 in games. 3) A pair of 1978 New York Yankees World Series press pins. Each measures approx. 1x1", and each of the identical pins has an image of the iconic Yankee Stadium frieze, with an additional image, of the red, white, and blue Yankee top hat logo. The pins read, "Yankees 32nd World Series." For the second season in a row, the Yankees defeated the Dodgers in six games in the World Series. 4) A 2001 New York Yankees World Series press pin. It is round and has a 1.25" diameter. The pin has the image of the iconic red, white, and blue Yankee top hat. The pin reads, "Yankees 38th World Series." The 2001 World Series was won by the Arizona Diamondbacks, who defeated the Yankees in seven games. The press pins are all in EXCELLENT condition.
