Presented is a Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, and Jimmie Foxx signed display with cut signatures of the three Hall of Famers. The aforementioned trio are posed in uniform in an unnamed ballpark. Ruth and Gehrig are in visiting uniforms of the New York Yankees, and Jimmie Foxx is in a home uniform of the Philadelphia Athletics. The black & white photo measures approx. 10.75x14", matted and framed to 17.2x23.1". Left to right in the photo: Gehrig, Foxx, and Ruth. Below the photo are three cut signatures, each measuring a visible 1x3", with the cut signature in the same order as the players. 1) Gehrig: The Yankee first baseman hit 493 career home runs in his career, all with the New York Yankees (1923-39). The Iron Horse set a Major League record with 2,160 consecutive games and slugged a career .632, with a lifetime 1.080 OPS. 2) Foxx: Playing mostly with the Philadelphia Athletics and the Boston Red Sox over a 21-year career, Foxx bashed 534 home runs, slugged .609 lifetime with a career 1.038 OPS. 3) Ruth hit 714 home runs, the former long-time MLB career record. The Bambino had a .690 slugging percentage and a 1.164 OPS, both current all-time records. As a whole, the three sluggers hit 1,741 home runs, with each slugging over .600 and having a lifetime OPS of over 1.000. As for the signatures, each was signed in black fountain ink with a neat, big, and bold signature. The Gehrig and Ruth signatures exhibit some light foxing.
