Complete uniform (jersey, pants, and socks) and nylon jacket worn by Joe Garagiola during his participation in the 1983 Cracker Jack Old Timers Baseball Classic, held at RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C. Garagiola was a member of the National League team in the game, which was the second of nine annual Cracker Jack Old Timers Baseball Classics (Cracker Jack dropped its sponsorship of the game after the 1985 event, but it continued for another five years as the National Old-Timers Baseball Classic.) The white knit jersey features Garagiola's name and number ("17") on the reverse. The blue nylon jacket bears the Cracker Jack Old Timers Baseball Classic patch on the right breast and the team name, "National" on the reverse. All the garments display light wear commensurate with their one-game use.
