This lot features a 1951 Bowman #253 Mickey Mantle rookie card. This card has been graded and encapsulated by SGC GD 2. The centering is a bit heavy bottom to top and left to right, as the image is on the upper right corner of the card. The corners show a bit of wear but have no creases making the corners present very well for a GD 2. The edges are fairly smooth and the surface is immaculate. There are no creases or even wrinkles on the front image of the card. The reverse shows staining towards the bottom of the card. The reverse also shows a light crease that runs from side to side but does not show on the front, leaving the beautiful image of the card intact.
