A press pin and a press charm from Shea Stadium during the 1969 World Series. These items were only available to the press and were meant to be worn by reporters so that they could move freely throughout the stadium. The pin and the charm are both gold with blue trim and show an image of Shea Stadium. Both items have been made by Balfour and are in Near Mint condition. The New York Mets, one of baseball's worst teams since entering the league in 1962, would shock the baseball world by winning the 1969 Fall Classic.
