Presented is a 2002 Adam Vinatieri game worn and autographed throwback jersey. This red New England Patriots jersey was worn by kicker Vinatieri on November 28, 2002, vs. the Detroit Lions. The jersey has a tag sewn in at the inside neck area that reads, "02-46." On the front right tail of the jersey is a blue and gray tag, sewn into the jersey, that includes the NFL and Reebok logos. Attached to the left side of the tag is a "46" tag, and to the right is a "+2 Length" tag. The nameplate on the back of the jersey reads "VINATIERI" in white letters, outlined in blue. Vinatieri's number 4 is styled the same, on the front, back, and shoulders. A white Reebok logo is sewn into each shoulder, just above the "4." Vinatieri signed the number 4 on the back of the jersey with a black Sharpie, and included the inscription, "Game Worn." Included with the jersey is a letter, also signed by Vinatieri. An Adam Vinatieri hologram is affixed to the letter, and a hologram is also on the 4 on the back of the jersey.
