1968-70 Birchmount Car Wash Booby Orr autographed advertising card. The autograph has been authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA as Authentic. The autograph was done in blue ink pen across Orr's knee and gloved hand at a diagonal angle. The card itself has a black-and-white image of Orr crouched over his stick held in both gloved hands. There are multiple scattered creases throughout with rounded edges. The reverse has multiple yellowed tape stains and horizontal creases with a facsimile Orr autograph. According to the PSA census, this is the only autographed example.
