The garment also features an MLB hologram and an additional tag with a QR code. The jersey shows excellent wear with several dirt stains, especially on the reverse side. Sandoval wore the jersey in a 5-1 victory over the Texas Rangers on May 28, 2015, recording 1 hit in 5 at bats during the game. The popular Sandoval played with the Red Sox from 2015-17 and he retired following the 2021 season. The two-time All-Star also won 3 World Series titles with the San Francisco Giants.
