Original Saturday Night Live black-and-white publicity photo of John Belushi, signed by Belushi in the upper right corner. PSA has encapsulated the photo and certified the signature as Authentic. Belushi has beautifully inscribed the photo in black fine-point marker (grading 9/10) to our consignor's brother: Ronnie/Wise Up/Stay Cool/John Belushi. Belushi's signature, especially on a photograph, is rare because of his tragic death at the age of thirty-three in 1982. This is not only one of the finest examples we have ever seen, but one of the earliest as well, dating to the start of his career on SNL. It should be noted that this photo originates from the larger collection of six signed SNL photos that appear as a separate lot in this auction. The photo (7x9") remains in Near Mint condition.
