The extraordinary graphics feature a large illustration of Hendrix that incorporate both the name of his band and the name of the opening band, "Oz," within the design. This was the second of two appearances for Hendrix in Milwaukee during his career and he delighted the crowd by playing both old and new material during his ten-song one-hour set. Hendrix's career was spectacular, but brief. Just four months after his concert in Milwaukee Hendrix died of a drug overdose at the age of twenty-seven. Because of his short career (1966-70), Hendrix concert posters are scarce, especially high-grade examples such as this. The poster (18x24") remains in apparent Near Mint condition.
