Personal check dated January 25, 1936, signed by Babe Ruth. PSA has encapsulated the check and certified the signature as Authentic. The check, drawn on the Chemical Bank & Trust Company of New York, is made out to the "Bobby Jones Golf Club" in the amount of $2.00. Signed "G. H. Ruth" in blue fountain pen (grading 8/10) along the base. Ruth's name is printed along the left border. A written endorsement, that includes the notation "Entry Fees," appears on the reverse. The check (8.5x3.75"), which has both bank cancellation stamps and holes, displays three vertical folds, two staple holes in the center, and several light-to-moderate creases.
