Tony Gwynn San Diego Padres signed bat is a KC Slammer model K37 dating from the circa 1998 labeling period. Ash bat displays excellent use with a 1" chip on the handle, white tape at the base of the handle, and ball impressions on the barrel; per the LOA, this was used as a batting practice bat during the assigned labeling period. Measures 33.0" and weighs 28.3 ounces, the following are on the knob; stamped TG K37, number 19 in thin black marker, and "28 1/2" in thick black marker. Nicely signed in 8/10 black Sharpie between trademark and barrel. The Hall of Famer touted a career .338 batting average and led the National League in that category eight times between the 1984 and 1997 seasons. Comes with PSA/DNA LOA.
