An MLB 125th Anniversary patch appears on the right sleeve. Located on the left front tail are a Russell Athletic 48 label, a white strip tag reading "1994-2," and flag tag reading 2" Extra Length. The jersey is original as issued and displays moderate use, including several loose threads. Clemens appeared in 24 games during the strike-shortened 1994 season, finishing the year with a 9-7 record and a 2.85 ERA. One of the greatest pitchers in baseball history, Clemens won seven Cy Young Awards, one MVP Award, and appeared in 11 All-Star Games. He finished his career with 354 lifetime wins (ninth most all time), 4,672 strikeouts (third most all time), and a 3.12 ERA.
