Daniel Cabrera was a hard-throwing, right-handed pitcher from the famous incubator of superb baseball talent, San Pedro de Macoris, in the Dominican Republic. He was a pitcher with excellent "stuff" who was listed as 6.7", 225 lbs. Displayed is a 2005 Daniel Cabrera Baltimore Orioles game used away gray polyester jersey. Cabrera pitched in the Major Leagues for the Baltimore Orioles (2004-08), Washington Nationals (2009), and Arizona Diamondbacks (2009). He continued his career with two seasons in Japan, for the Chunichi Dragons, and then signed with the Tigres de Quintana Roo of the Mexican League in 2015 and was released in March of 2016, ending his playing career. He had a 48-65 MLB career record, with a 5.10 ERA. He was used mostly as a starter throughout his career. In his first Major League season, Cabrera was 3rd in the voting for the American League Rookie of the Year Award, going 12-8 with the Orioles.
