Original film negative picturing Mickey Mantle conversing with Sandy Amoros at Ebbets Field prior to a World Series game. Amoros was on the Dodgers World Series roster in 1952, 1955, and 1956, thereby narrowing the date to one of those three years. It was Amoros who saved the day for the Dodgers in Game 7 of the 1955 World Series, with his miraculous catch off the bat of Yogi Berra helping to preserve the club's 2-0 win. The victory gave Brooklyn its only World Championship while in Brooklyn. The negative (4x5") displays a small abrasion in the upper right corner and is otherwise in Excellent to Mint condition.
