Rare Type I circa 1910s photo features Hall of Fame second baseman Eddie Collins. Sepia-toned 3.25x5.25" image shows Collins in front of empty stands, extending hand and glove while awaiting a throw. Image is clear and only a slight wrinkle is noticed at the top left corner, not affecting the subject. Back has Collins' name written in pencil, editor's marks, and multiple stamps indicating that this is from the extensive Brown Brothers photo archive. Collins was among the first members of the elite 3,000 hit club, which has just 33 members to date. Encapsulated by PSA as Type I Authentic.
