Former Mets fireballer, Dwight Gooden wore this blue (XL) Starter New York Mets warm-up jacket to keep warm on those chilly summer nights back in ’86 on the way to a Mets World Championship, while shattering strikeout records right and left. All original blue satin jacket features a beautiful chenille "NY" on left chest along with a "16" on the left sleeve, Mets "25th Anniversary" patch on the right and a bright orange "GOODEN" across the back. Uniquely twice signed, Doc signed and inscribed this jacket "1986 Season" on the inside in black below the Starter tagging and once again on the back in silver with a "Game Used - 1986 - W.S. Champs" inscription.
