Rare circa 1980s Wimbledon chair umpire's jacket. This is the first such example we have ever offered and we cannot recall the last time we have seen another at auction. The green blazer, made of wool and polyester, is basic and reserved, featuring only the Wimbledon logo patch on the left lapel. "The Championships," or Wimbledon as it is commonly known, is the world's oldest tennis tournament and is held annually in the summer at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in Wimbledon, England. The jacket displays light wear and remains in fine condition.
