Backing and pin are as clean as you can get for an item of this vintage, NM-MT overall. Comes with a 4x2.25" issue much like a business card, which has a Braves logo and reads, "Possession of this card is proof I was there when Hank Aaron hit his 500th home run at Atlanta Stadium, Atlanta, Ga." It leaves a blank for the date and signature and it is not filled in; bottom reads, "Issued by the Atlanta Braves." Great keepsakes from the man who smashed Babe Ruth's career home run record.
