1962 Topps Baseball #5 Sandy Koufax autographed card. The card and autograph have been graded and encapsulated by PSA/DNA EX-MT 6 with an Auto grade of 9. The autograph was done in ink pen in a slight diagonal angle across Koufax's shoulders and chest. The card itself has a clear and colorful image of Sandy against a cloudy sky background. Centering is excellent and the edges are smooth. All four corners have light touches. The reverse is clean and bright.
