Sourcing directly from Jack Ham's personal collection comes this one-of-a-kind Super Bowl worn sport coat. Selected to be on the Super Bowl Silver Anniversary Team, this blazer was presented to Jack Ham for ceremonial use at Super Bowl XXV. This custom Farah Clothing Co. size "M" blue blazer has been fitted with a Super Bowl XXV patch on the left breast pocket, features silver buttons, a blue liner and features a hand written "Jack Ham" on the size tag in the right interior pocket. The jacket shows very little use, is extremely clean and is believed to have only been worn by Ham once at Super Bowl XXV at Tampa Stadium on January 27, 1991. Signed and inscribed "HOF 88" by Jack Ham in gold on the inside liner just below the left interior pocket.
