Collection of three high-grade professional model catcher's mitts dating from the 1940s. Each of these gloves originates from the personal collection of former Milwaukee Braves catcher Phil Masi and has been consigned by a family member. The collection consists of the following: 1) Goldsmith "Birdie Tebbetts" pro-model "XC" catchers mitt. 2) MacGregor-Goldsmith "Bill Dickey" pro-model "BD-S" catchers mitt. 3) MacGregor-Goldsmith "Bill Dickey" pro-model "BD" catcher's mitt. Each glove displays only light wear, but no use, and is in Excellent to Mint condition or better.
