Handwritten letter, on a government postcard postmarked February 19, 1949, twice signed by Jackie Robinson. PSA has encapsulated the card and graded the signatures MINT 9. In his short note, to well-known autograph collector Kenneth Crouch, Robinson asks Crouch to explain a previous note. In full: "In going through some letters I ran across a slip from you but I don't know what it was for perhaps you can explain it to me. Sincerely, Jackie Robinson." Both the text and signature have been scripted in blue fountain pen. Robinson has signed the postcard a second time on the front in black ink ("J. Robinson") as part of the return address. The postcard (5.5x3.25") displays a heavy diagonal crease in the upper left corner, as well as a few lesser corner creases. Also accompanied by a full LOA from JSA.
