Beautiful Official National League (Warren C. Giles) baseball is miraculously signed by St. Louis's favorite brothers and Gas House Gang members Dizzy and Paul Dean. Jay “Dizzy” Dean and Paul “Daffy’ Dean, two brothers from Lucas, Arkansas, set a pitching standard in 1934 that may never be equaled again. The brothers combined for a total of 49 victories - 30 for Dizzy and 19 for Daffy while pitching for the St. Louis Cardinals. Extremely clean ball, with only slight toning, appears to have been signed by the two legends, quickly put back in its box and squirreled away for decades. With remarkably clean and dark Spalding stamps, bright red stitching and blue ball point ink, this scarce example is a real stunner. Comes with JSA LOA and partial box.
