Rare stub from a one-of-a-kind achievement, July 17, 1990, when the Minnesota Twins became the only team in MLB history to turn two triple plays in one game, against the Boston Red Sox at Fenway Park. Stub measures 1.25x3.75", is neatly torn and is ungraded but presents in GD condition with some creasing. Each was a 5-4-3 triple play, executed by Gary Gaetti, Al Newman, and Kent Hrbek, though the Red Sox claimed a 1-0 victory.
