Thirty-two team members are pictured here, including Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, manager Miller Huggins, Tony Lazzeri, Bill Dickey, Leo Durocher, Earle Combs, Waite Hoyt, Herb Pennock, Bob Meusel, and Mark Koenig. We have seen an original photograph made from this negative, complete with its International Newsreel paper news caption on the reverse. According to that caption, this photo was taken on September 30, 1926, which was four days following the end of the regular season and two days prior to the start of the World Series on October 2nd. The negative (6x4") displays the number "10" written along the upper right border. Excellent condition. Accompanied by a small positive photo of the image printed on paper.
