The card is unscored but contains pencil autographs by Hall of Famer Howie Morenz as well as: Art Coulter, Paul Thompson, Johnnie Gottselig, March, Romnes, Locking, Cook, Burke, Trudell, Ouellette, Larochelle, and McFayden. Extensive wear is evident with folding and some separation at the creases, though all sections remain connected.
