One of the most distinguishing features of this piece is the fact that, unlike most other advertising signs from the period, it was distributed to merchants framed. The original frame is usually missing in most surviving displays, making the offered piece especially desirable. The colorful graphics feature a batter and catcher on a verdant field, with a package of "Home Run Cigarettes" depicted as home plate. The text along the top reads "Home Run Cigarettes," while the base text makes note of the product's "Burley Blend" and emphasizes its "Quality - Not Style."
