Identical 8.5" x 11" sheets on card stock detail the Lifetime Statistics and Major Achievements by "The Mick", with each stat sheet containing a perfect 10/10 autograph in black fiber tipped marker, with autos measuring 4" long by 1" high; beneath each Mantle autograph is the notary stamp and signature.
