Baltimore Orioles road jersey worn by Hall of Fame shortstop Cal Ripken Jr. during his penultimate Major League season in 2000. This particular jersey comes with the ironclad provenance of having been obtained directly from Cal Ripken Jr. and is accompanied by a signed LOA from Ripken attesting to its game use. Later, the jersey was presented to Ripken at a private signing show, and he once again affirmed its game-used status by signing the jersey in black marker (grading 8/10) on the reverse, adding the lengthy inscription: "My 2000 Game Used Jersey/Ironman 2632/Hall of Fame 2007/1983 A.L. MVP 1991/1982 ROY/19 X All Star."

The gray knit jersey is lettered "Orioles" across the front and features the number "8" on the front and reverse. "Ripken" is lettered on the reverse, directly above the number. All letters and numerals are applied in orange on black tackle twill. Located on the left front tail is a "Majestic" label and a "50" size tag. An "Oriole" patch adorns the left sleeve. The jersey displays light-to-moderate wear. Ripken appeared in 83 games in 2000, finishing the year with 15 home runs, 56 RBI, and a .256 average. LOA signed by Cal Ripken Jr.
