Vintage specimen from one of hockey's Original Six teams is up for bids in this circa 1965 Chicago Black Hawks jacket. Snap-button varsity-style jacket is black wool with logo sewn to left breast, red leather around pockets, and dual-flag patch (USA and Great Britain) on the right shoulder. Manufacturer's tag in right pocket is from Tool Shop Co., Detroit, and this is clearly a high-quality jacket, unlikely to be one available for retail sale. Remarkable condition and nice use shown with sweat stains on the lining. Unfortunately we aren't able to pin down exactly who might have worn this jacket, it remains a quality piece from one of the original National Hockey League franchises.
