Nice pair of 1961-62 Chicago Black Hawks jerseys - home and away - game issued for center Gerry Melnyk. 1) White jersey has Olympic, size 46, and cotton/nylon blend tagging in collar, with crossed-tomahawks logos on each sleeve. Beautiful Black Hawks logo crest is on chest, number 12 is on each sleeve and back, all in black. 2) Red jersey has same collar tagging and design scheme, with number in white. Jerseys show no use. The 1961-62 season was Melnyk's only one playing for the Hawks, after which it took six seasons to return to the NHL, playing for the St. Louis Blues in 1967-68.
