Circa 1975-77 game used bat from early in the career of San Diego Padres slugger Dave Winfield is a Louisville Slugger model W272 with replica autograph burned into the barrel. Measures 35.25" and weighs 32.5 ounces with light use shown. Winfield's number 31 is written on both the knob and end of the barrel in black marker. The 1977 season marked the first of his 12 All-Star Game appearances, and with seven Gold Gloves and six Silver Slugger awards, Winny received the highest vote total among 2001 inductees into the hallowed halls of Cooperstown.
