Tremendous game used cleats worn by Pro Football Hall of Famer and NFL legend Johnny Unitas. Dating from roughly the mid-1960s, these black hightop Wilson cleats show nice use, with the soles sporting plastic cleats with metal tips. Unitas' number 19 is written inside the tongues and on the insoles in black marker and while a size is not visible, they are consistent with other examples (though only a few are known to exist). Best of all, these come from the personal collection of Hall of Fame teammate Art Donovan, including a signed LOA by Donovan, which also has a Beckett Certificate. Unitas served as the face of a generation for the evolving sport, playing most of his 18-year professional career with the Baltimore Colts. Known as the Golden Arm, Johnny earned three NFL Most Valuable Player honors (1959, '64, and '67), and also captured three championships (1958, '59, and '68) as well as Super Bowl V.
