1985 Michael Jordan vintage signed Nike Jumpman poster is an early edition of the "Air Jordan" phenomenon. The pose is familiar; legs splayed, left arm with ball extended high, ready for a jam as only MJ could do it. What is less familiar is the youth of the subject, as this is from the first stages of his career. Poster is a sizeable 28.75x23.5" and is signed by Jordan in red ink along with a #23 inscription, an unusual addition for his autograph. Original folds are present and this does show its age, with a 1" chunk of paper loss and holes at the top left corner from staples, similar loss at the top right, and more creases and staple holes at bottom corners. Also appears as though a decal measuring about 6x3.5" has been removed with evidence of minor paper loss. Central image remains magnificent and this would still make an outstanding framed piece, either with restoration or the great vintage look it currently possesses. Comes with PSA LOA.
