Collection of five different player premiums issued by Blum's Baseball Bulletin, circa 1930s. Not much is known about this set of premiums, which were issued in two different sizes, except that most of the subjects had connections to Rochester, New York. Each premium, printed on thin, glossy stock, features a full-length image of the player in uniform, along with a short biography near the base. The publisher's information along the bottom border reads "Compiled by Fred J. Blum, Publisher. Blum's Baseball Bulletin." The two large-format premiums (11.5x13.75") in this collection are those of Lefty Grove and James McAvoy. The four smaller premiums (9.5x13.75") are those of Eddie Collins, Johnny Evers, and Jake Daubert. Very Good to Excellent condition overall, and in much finer condition than normally found for this fragile issue.
