This US hockey team didn’t really “show up”, unable to qualify for the medal round in the winter Olympics at Sarajevo. However, this 10-karat gold ring by Jostens is a nice consolation. Size 10.5 with square shaped red ruby on top, cubic zirconium in the center and surrounded by the words “USA Hockey Team”. Sides are “1984 Sarajevo” and “USA Hockey Team” with hockey player engraved into American flag design. Presented to the Assistant Team Physician, Dr. George Nagobads who was also the team Physician for over 12 US international hockey teams. LOA from Dr. Nagobads. Ring is NRMT.
